WhatsApp support and virtual assistant
When you contact Baltrion on WhatsApp, we process your number, profile name and messages to handle your enquiry and prepare quotations. We may use a virtual assistant, which is always identified as such. YCloud provides the WhatsApp connection and OpenRouter provides access to the selected artificial-intelligence model. We retain operational message content locally for up to 30 days and the commercial lead summary for up to 90 days; YCloud may retain chat history for up to six months. You may request human assistance at any time or exercise your rights by emailing baltrion@baltrion.es. Do not send card details or credentials through WhatsApp.
