Seller and scope
Baltrion (Carmen Burgos Mancebo, Spanish tax ID 25065876Q, Avenida del Índico, 60, 29630 Arroyo de la Miel, Málaga, Spain; baltrion@baltrion.es) is primarily intended for professional customers. The product page, quotation and order confirmation identify the equipment, price, taxes, delivery and applicable specific conditions.
Order and payment
Receipt of payment does not replace verification of availability and supply conditions. If the order cannot be confirmed, the customer will be contacted to agree an alternative or the applicable refund.
Prices and tax
Professional prices are shown excluding VAT, and the tax-inclusive total is calculated according to destination and the customer’s stated tax position.
Returns
If the equipment arrives defective or there is a mistake on our side, the return costs you nothing: let us know within 14 calendar days of delivery and we will arrange collection and replacement or a full refund.
We also accept any other return within 14 calendar days of delivery, with the equipment in its original packaging and condition. In that case, the return transport is paid by the buyer. Why? We work with heavy, bulky industrial machinery, and its specialised transport is the most expensive part of every shipment. If we absorbed that cost on change-of-mind returns, we would have to build it into the price of every machine — and we would rather each customer pay only for their own. Once the equipment is received and checked, we refund the full product amount.
